ST. JOSEPH CAMPAIGN, BUILD | REPAIR | SUSTAIN
Kansas City, KS – The original Catholic high school for the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas is transforming itself for the future.
Bishop Ward High School, founded in 1908, has launched a $7.5 million campaign to build on its storied past, repair and renovate its classically beautiful building, and sustain the school for future generations.
The campaign invokes the powerful intercession of Jesus' foster father in its theme and logo:
The St. Joseph Campaign for Bishop Ward – Build. Repair. Sustain.
With the guidance of a strong campaign leadership team comprised of dedicated alumni, benefactors and community leaders, the St. Joseph Campaign has already raised more than $2 million. We are now entering the public phase and sharing the joy with our community!
The St. Joseph Campaign features three tiers or sets of goals to accomplish as the funds accumulate over the period of the campaign. These tiers are:
Tier 1: $3.5 Million Celebration Goal – Media Center Renovation, Classroom Upgrades, Infrastructure Master Planning & Improvements
Tier 2: $5.5 Million Challenge Goal – Chapel Renovation & Dorney Field Artificial Turf
Tier 3: $7.5 Million Legacy Goal – Grow the Endowment, which currently sits at more than $12 million
Please join us in celebrating this historical milestone while praying for the success of this campaign and ultimately, the success of Bishop Ward High School for many more years to come!
